Two Queen Beds
These double rooms are nestled amidst beautifully landscaped grounds in four separate two-story lodges. As some of the largest and most comfortable rooms among Arizona hotels, each offers two queen-sized beds, a sitting area, a large bathroom, and all of the amenities you expect from Little America.

King Room
Surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds, each King Suite includes one king-sized bed, a sitting area, and a separate basin and vanity outside a large bathroom. Other amenities include a 42" LG Flatscreen HD LED Television offering 40 channels of satellite programing and goose down pillows—just what you’d expect from Northern Arizona’s premier getaway.
The Apartment Suite
This suite offers all the features of a full apartment, complete with two bedrooms, an oversized bathroom and a full kitchen. One bedroom contains a king-sized bed and the other has a queen-sized bed, each with a 42" LG LED HD flat screen television. The suite includes a queen-sized sofa sleeper and 60" LG LED HD flat screen television in the spacious living room. The kitchen offers a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, as well as cooking utensils and place settings. During the holiday season we also have a Christmas tree in the suite.
Fireplace Suite
Each Fireplace Suite features a marble fireplace framed by two large Arcadia doors. Enjoy the view from the king-sized bed or from the spacious sitting area containing a queen-sized sofa sleeper and 55" LG LED HD flat screen television. Fireplace Suites also include a wet bar with a mini-refrigerator. For even more space, a Fireplace Suite can connect to a King Suite. This suite is decorated with a Christmas tree during the holiday season.
Governors Suite
A marble fireplace framed by floor to ceiling windows is the focal point of the Governor's Suite. The fireplace can be viewed from the downstairs living room, which includes a queen-sized sofa sleeper, wet bar, and 60" LG LED HD flat screen television. In the lofted bedroom, with king-size bed and a 55" LG LED HD flat screen television, you can look out at our forested grounds or gaze at the fire. The suite also features two marble bathrooms and a dry heat sauna. During the holiday season the Governor’s Suite is decorated with a Christmas tree.
Presidential Suite
The Presidential Suite is our most luxurious suite, spanning two floors. The upstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed and a sitting area with marble fireplace and 60" LG LED HD flat screen television. A full bath contains a separate tub and shower as well as a dry sauna. The lower level features a second marble fireplace in a living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and 55" LG LED HD flat screen television. Enjoy the comforts of home with a kitchen containing a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and place settings. A dining table and a second full bathroom round out the lower level. During the holiday season we decorate the Presidential Suite with a Christmas tree.
Wetbar Suite
Ideal for families, this spacious suite features two queen size beds, a 55" LG LED HD flat screen television and a separate sitting area with a queen size sleeper sofa. Adding to your comfort is a wrap-around wetbar equipped with a mini refrigerator. A large dressing area is adjacent to a marble bathroom.
Sauna Suite
A dry sauna is the highlight of the spacious Sauna suite. The room contains two queen size beds with a queen sized sofa sleeper in a separate sitting area with a 55" LG LED HD flat screen television. A large dressing area adjacent to a marble bathroom contributes to the luxury of the suite.

The Little America Restaurant is closed for improvements until June 2016. The Little America Restaurant’s full menu and a limited bar menu (available with tableside service) are being offered in the Flagstaff Room, which is conveniently located in the banquet area. The remodeled Little America Restaurant, set to open at the end of June, will be an ideal setting to enjoy a wonderful meal amongst the pines. Updates include a new private dining room, outdoor gable, and additional outdoor seating. The outdoor seating area will include picturesque views of the forest, as well as fire pits and water features.
